Decisions on the Support of a new investment, implemented within the area managed by LSSE S.A., shall be issued for a fixed period of time, for either 10 or 15 years, depending on the location of investment.

15 years – for land properties incorporated in a Legnica Special Economic Zone

10 years – for land properties outside the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

The duration of the Decision also determines the period during which tax exemption benefit may be used.
