Złotoryja is located 12 kilometres from A4 motorway, close to the border with the Czech Republic (49 kilometres).
The main investors in the Złotoryja subzone are construction companies and companies manufacturing bituminous components and multimedia displays. The subzone is situated in the close vicinity of the city centre, a ring road is to be built nearby. Złotoryja, apart from its rich mining tradition, is also the centre of glass industry, clothing industry and mineral industry.
The total area of the subzone is 44.35 ha. The area left for development is 17 ha. It is possible to divide the existing parcels into smaller ones.
