The territory is designed for production, storing, wholesale trade, transport support, logistic services and other services in local zoning plans, based upon the Resolution of the Commune and Town Council in Środa Śląska No. XXVI/222/08 as of 30 Dec 2008 published in the Official Journal of the Lower Silesia Province No. 22 item 2167 on 13 Feb 2009, as well as the Resolution of the Communal Council in Miękinia No. XL/410/09 dated 25 Sep 2009, published in the Official Journal of the Lower Silesia Province No. 190 item 3339 on 6 Nov 2009.
