The subzone's advantage is its location: 18 kilometres from A4 motorway and directly at the national route 94, being the main route leading to Wrocław - the capital of the Lower Silesia Province. The vicinity of a fruitful labour market - the city of Legnica of 106,000 inhabitants and the city of Lubin of 90,000 inhabitants - is another factor influencing the subzone's attractiveness.
The total area of the subzone is 11.50 ha. Investment area is equipped with basic technical infrastructure. The subzone offers areas from 2.91 ha to 5.18 ha. It is possible to divide the existing parcels and to join them into larger complexes.
