The subzone has an access to basic utilities (apart from an earth gas):

electric power: on site, voltage 20/0.4 kV, available capacity: 2 MW with the expansion capability of up to 10 MW,

gas: there is a possibility of construction of a liquefied (condensed) gas network with a capacity of 200 m3/h and caloric value of 39,29 MJ/m3;
