Lubin is a city characterised by modern urban architecture and a high investment potential. This LSEZ's subzone is located in the close vicinity of the main route leading from the north to the south and joining the Polish sea harbours with the south of the continent - route E65.

The nearest international airport is situated in Wrocław within the distance of 90 kilometres. The airport offers regular connections with numerous Polish and European cities.
