The subzone is situated in the proximity of A4 motorway, 2 kilometres from the junction of the motorway and the European route E65.
An additional advantage of the subzone is the pro-investment attitude of the commune's authorities as well as the vicinity of Legnica, a thriving academic centre and fruitful labour market.
The total area of the subzone is 39.40 ha. Investment area is equipped with technical infrastructure. A section of the Legnica ring road, currently being designed, will run nearby.
Works are conducted to shift the borders of LSEZ in Legnickie Pole and include new adjacent areas.
