The subzone in situated within the administrative borders of Legnica - a city of 106,000 inhabitants.
Important routes cross in the vicinity: A4 motorway (3 kilometres) from the west of Europe to Ukraine and the national route E65 (planned expressway S3) from the south of the continent towards the Polish coast. Investment area is located directly at A4 motorway and the Legnica ring road.

Legnica is the third biggest city in the Lower Silesia and a thriving academic centre. Due to the presence of 7 higher education institutions training more than 14,000 students and numerous technical schools, the labour market is full of young and qualified personnel. Additionally, the high number of nearby towns - 330,000 people live within a 30-minute drive - has an impact on the size of available labour market.

The Legnica Subzone occupies the total area of 76.37 ha, divided into two complexes: Legnica I and Legnica II.

 Legnica I                  
General information

Its area is adjacent to A4 motorway and the junction of the European route E65 and A4 motorway. The total area of the complex is 55.77 ha. It is equipped with complete technical infrastructure.

Legnica II

Its area is situated at the Legnica ring road, 3 kilometres from the A4 slip road. The total area of the complex is 20.48 ha. Complete technical infrastructure is available in the close vicinity of the subzone. Currently, design works concerning the development of infrastructure are conducted. In the next two years, the Legnica commune will invest in technical infrastructure. The subzone offers areas from 3.62 ha to 7.20 ha. It is possible to divide the existing parcels and to join them into larger complexes.
