The subzone in situated within the administrative borders of a city of 70,000 inhabitants. The area is located 15 kilometres from the main route leading from the north to the south and joining the Polish sea harbours with the south of Europe.
Its advantage is the proximity of a river port, loading port (900 meters) and railway siding. Moreover, the subzone offers a high potential of qualified personnel. Working-age people constitute more than 60% of the city's inhabitants, while young people (less than 30 years old) constitute almost 40%.
Availability of secondary and higher education as well as a wide range of professions enable young people to receive education guaranteeing employment in almost every profession.
The total area of the subzone is 14.52 ha. Investment area is equipped with complete technical infrastructure. The subzone offers areas from 0.52 ha to 4.08 ha. It is possible to divide the existing parcels and to join them into larger complexes.
