About 584 ha will increase the Legnica Special Economic Zone. Attractive areas were prepared for investors in the newly created subzones in Miękinia, Środa Śląska, and Okmiany. The additional plots were added in the subzones in Polkowice Chojnow, Legnica and Środa Śląska. Currently Legnica Special Economic Zone will cover 1 041 hectares.Some Part of the land is incorporated for new investment projects, including the automotive industry.
