based upon the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economics and Labour from the 15th of November, 2004, regarding the public auctions and standards of estimating the investment intentions (Dz. U. Nr 254, poz. 2543) further: Ordinace
invites domestic and foreign investors to negotiations
relating to the selecting of a company, which undertakings, planned within the territory of the Legnica Special Economic Zone, will contribute in the best way to the execution of the Zone's Development Plan, and who will obtain a license to conduct business activities within the Legnica Special Economic Zone.
The conditions of participating in the negotiations are as follows:
1. acquisition of the Specification of the Specification of the Negotiation Essential Conditions (further: Specification) at the price of 9.500 PLN + 22 % VAT - available in the LSSE's office in Legnica, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.,
2. filing of a written offer, containing an information on the conditions of an investment planned within the Zone,
3. having a legal title to a property located within LSEZ limits, Prochowice Subzone / lease, land purchase contract and other/ or other document confirming the high probability of obtaining of such a title.
Detailed information on the rules and conditions relating to the negotiations is included in the Specification of the Negotiation Essential Conditions (further: Specification). The negotiation bids, written in Polish, must be delivered to the office of the company managing the Zone: 9 Kominka Street, Legnica (ul. Kardynała Bolesława Kominka 9, 59-220 Legnica) by the March 4th 2010, 2 o'clock p.m.
The offers will be estimated based upon the Ordinance and the Specification. The opening of bids is on the March 5th 2010, at 9 o'clock a.m., in the seat of the Company Managing the Zone, in Legnica, 9 Kominka Street.
Company Managing the Zone may invalidate the negotiations for the reasons listed in Article 9 of the Ordinance, of which situation LSSE S.A. informs all the interested parties, giving the actual and legal justification. Any information and explanations regarding the public tender and the contents of the Specification of Essential Negotiation Conditions are given in the seat of the Company Managing the Zone, based in Legnica, 9 Kominka Street
