Zaproszenie do rokowań - podstrefa Głogów
Legnicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Spółka Akcyjna as the company that manages the Legnica Special Economic Zone ( LSSE ), basing on the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economics and Labour from the 15th of November, 2004 (Journal of Laws, No. 254, item 2543 as amended), regarding the public auctions and standards of estimating intended business undertakings which are to be commenced by business entities within the area of the Legnica Special Economic Zone
INVITES INVESTORS TO THE NEGOTIATIONS
aimed at selecting an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit for carrying out a business activity within the area of the Legnica Special Economic Zone.
1. The requirements to be admitted to the negotiations are:
• Purchase of the Specification of Essential Negotiations Conditions,
• submitting of a written offer, describing the investment planned within the Zone,
• having a possessory title to the real estate located within the area of the Legnica Special Economy Zone, Głogów Subzone (sale contract, renting or lease and others) or a document reliably giving a possibility to obtain the above-mentioned possessory title.
2. The offers must include all elements listed in the Specification of Essential Negotiations Conditions. The undertakings presented in submitted offers will be compared in accordance to the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economics and Labour from the 15th of November, 2004 (Journal of Laws, No. 254, item 2543 as amended).
3. The Specification of Essential Negotiations Conditions can be obtained at the LSSE S.A. headquarters on workdays (Monday to Friday) from 8.00 till 14.00 hrs, upon showing the confirmation of a bank transfer of 9.500,00 PLN plus 23% VAT to the PKO BP account no. 07 1020 3017 0000 2002 0019 8622.
4. The offers must be delivered to the headquarters of the Zone managing company (secretariat), no later than 15.00 hrs on January 30, 2012, in envelopes marked "Rokowania Podstrefa Głogów".
5. The offers will be opened on January 31, 2012 at 10.00 hrs at the headquarters of the Zone managing company.
6. The company managing the Zone is entitled to cancel the negotiation procedure under the circumstances defined in the article 9th of above-mentioned Ordinance, in case of which the tenderers will be informed and the reason will be presented.
Any information and explanations regarding the negotiations and the essence of the Specification of Essential Negotiations Conditions can be received at the headquarters of the Zone managing company in Legnica, 14 Kolbe Street.
