Why is our Zone location perceived as attractive?

The Legnica Special Economic Zone is located in south-western Poland, in the Lower Silesia Province. It is one of the fastest developing economic regions of the country. The value of the GDP per capita here is higher than the national average. Lower Silesia population encompasses 3 million people, of which over 1.8 million are of working age. Realisation of investments in the region is advantageous due to a convenient location close to the German and Czech border, a dense network of constantly developing roads and railway lines, providing links with neighbouring regions – both in Poland and in other European countries, high development rate of the region, qualified staff, as well as the availability of attractive investment areas.
